Using the Spiritual Vision Chart

The Spiritual Vision Chart has been designed as a prompt, to help you gauge how well you can see from God’s perspective.

The object of the chart is simply to stimulate your thinking.

It’s not a diagnostic tool, a means of evaluating others, nor a means of comparing yourself with others. Your answers are between you and God alone.

Set aside some time, and work through the questions while alone with God.

Using the Vision Chart:

Click or tap on each of the letters from the first ‘H’ up to and including the question-mark (on the fifth line). Each of these letters will display a question, as well as a picture and Scripture, for meditation.

In brackets, next to the Title for each meditation page, you will find the letter that took you to that page (E.g. The First meditation page is titled ‘Jesus (H)’, showing that you got there by clicking on the letter ‘H’).

If a letter occurs more than once in the first 15 characters, then a number will be included, so that you know which specific letter is being referred to (e.g. (O1), (O2), or (O3)).

As you work through the questions, don’t be hasty and superficial, but take time to think deeply.

In a normal eye exam, the first letters are big, bold, and easy to see if your vision is good. As you continue down the chart, the letters become smaller and more difficult to read from a distance.

This Chart follows a similar pattern with the questions, but don’t skip the first line or two, or three, if you are more mature in the faith… It is always good to go back to basics from time to time, regardless of your level of spiritual maturity.

There are no questions beyond the question-mark.
